The service my wife received from the Certified Pedorthist was totally professional and very helpful. On top of that, the cost was acceptable.

Charles went above the call of duty by taking time from his lunch break to assist my friend in the adjustment of the knee brace. His professionalism and patience in explaining how to remove and put on the knee brace properly was not only informative but very much appreciated. At the same time, even though I have not worn my knee brace for several years, Charles re-adjusted my brace to fit properly since I required the brace for current activities. The brace fitted perfectly following the readjustment. We are grateful to Charles for his thoughtfulness and attention given to us.

I’ve used Burnaby Orthopaedic and Mastectomy for a cast upgrade that has helped speed up my recovery dramatically. Due to favouring my left leg, my previously injured right leg was beginning to suffer a lot. Jeff, my favourite pro there, got me set up with an off-loading knee brace that has allowed me to keep weight off my left leg and keep healing at a quick pace. Over the years I have had wonderful service from this company, always attentive and knowledgable. I would recommend Charles for orthotics, I recently have been fitted for a new pair, wish I had gone to him a long time ago, nevertheless he is very attentive, knowledgable and pleasant.

Spoke to C and gave measurements to him for our compression socks. A while later, I find that our socks are falling down. He admits that he measured incorrectly, though doesn't take back all of the socks that were incorrectly measured. The reason behind this is because one of the pairs were worn.
How do you know that the socks don't fit if you don't try them on?
It's also a lot of trouble to keep going back and forth as their hours after work aren't the greatest - have flagged this up to them. I also called L to see if something else can be done and I don't hear back from him. Better customer

Great service & very professional. After a traumatic knee injury, I was having such issues being mobile & just wasn't able to take care of matters in my day-to-day life easily. The team at Burnaby Orthopaedic was able to help me get fitted for a right leg brace & it was a wonderful experience. Evelyn Ng iss a great find! She was so helpful and experienced and knowledgeable when it came to finding me the right mastectomy products. She was comfortable to be with, and really listened when I described what I wanted and what had and had not worked for me in the past. She was able to order in for me some bra choices, and I'm actually looking forward to seeing her this week. Who knew I would enjoy what can sometimes be an awkward experience. I'm so grateful she has chosen this line of work.

I would recommend this clinic to everyone I know. The staff are all very welcoming and they were able to answer all of my questions. Since I do not know much about orthotics or orthopedic procedures, they made me feel comfortable to ask questions and they patiently explained everything I needed to know. It was a very good experience and I learned about more about my health condition and how I can improve it.
