Whether you have a 2 lot split or a 300 lot block outline, we have the experience and ability to get it done on time and on budget. From a simple duplex to multi-phase townhome and condominium projects to a commercial tilt up, we can help your project run smoothly. We also have a great deal of experience with strata plan amendments and subdivision.
Matt received his commission as a BC Land Surveyor in 2005, and has worked in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley since joining the company in 1997. Matt is experienced in a wide range of projects that include GPS surveys, resort development, strata complexes, challenging topographic surveys, large subdivisions and new building construction from single family houses to large scale industrial/commercial and institutional projects.
We have provided topographic/tree surveys, control surveys, subdivisions, strata title (building and bareland) surveys, as well as retracing boundaries of titles created in the late 1800's all over extremely challenging terrain on the Eastern hillsides of Chilliwack. Provide Land Surveying services for this 84 lot development from initial subdivision layouts to production of final Legal Plans including survey services for new home construction.
