To obtain a driver's licence you must be 16 years old and pass a written and vision test. The cost at present is $159.75 and covers your 5-year licence, written test and your G2 test. You would then be issued with your G1 licence on successful completion. This is when you contact Linda's Driving School and enroll in the MTO Approved Beginner Driver Education Course. Successful completion of the course will allow you to sit your G2 Road Test at the eighth month instead of having to wait twelve.
