At Dean's Defensive Driving School you can expect the highest level of Driver Education, critical decision making skills, innovative learning techniques and hands on in-car training. Our classes are small so we can get to know each other really well and give everyone a chance to share knowledge, opinions, and solutions. In depth collision scenarios, emergency manoeuvres are studied along with collision avoidance techniques. Below is a very brief outline of the topics we cover in the classroom.

Services
Defensive Driving Courses designed to reduce loss ratio for employers, ensuring driver safety and compliance for employees. This is a hands on training course ensuring that all facets of defensive driving techniques are utilized by employees operating company or personal vehicles in the course of their business.
Speak to the owner or manager and ask questions about the curriculum they offer and the topics covered. Speak to the in-class instructor about the instructor:student ratio. The lower the ratio, the greater the learning and the opportunity to engage in active discussions and have your questions answered.

If you want to be trained at the highest level, Dean is the instructor for you. Dean is highly skilled and takes his student's driving and safety seriously. Dean demonstrated his professionalism and patience during his in-car lessons and was extremely helpful whenever I had any questions/concerns. Not only did I acquire the skills and knowledge to drive safely, Dean's training allowed me to pass the G2 road test on my first attempt. Thanks Dean!

I just passed my G1 road test yesterday on my first attempt! I am glad I have asked Dean to be my instructor. He taught me a lot on defensive driving (e.g. how to do left turns safely, how to reverse parking safely, how to change lanes safely, how to observe the road, etc). Dean always points out your mistakes politely and patiently. If you want to pass the driving test AND drive safely, choose Dean.

Dean is definitely a great instructor, he leaves no stone unturned to make you pass your driving test. His professional attitude and attention to detail ensures the student learns and excels. Dean is an excellent instructor. He’ll guide you in the correct direction not only to clear the license test but also in the proper defensive driving technique which is what you need when you’re driving on the road on a daily basis. Since I have been driving for the past 20+ yrs outside Canada, I had to “unlearn” & “relearn” many things according to the Canadian road & driving conditions.
He had the patience to repeat the instructions again & again to get things right for me & I cleared the driving test in my first attempt, all Thanks to Dean & his team. His team also helped me prepone

Dean is a great driving instructor. He's very patient, wants you to succeed, and has great advice. His driving lessons are very helpful and are easy to understand. His lessons gave me peace of mind going into my test and I passed thanks to Dean's driving sessions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to do their driving lessons or need some extra practice before a G2 or G test.

Dean is a fantastic teacher! Every time we had a lesson I felt very comfortable, and he always encouraged learning how to drive in a safe/defensive manner rather than only learning how to pass the road test. Dean is a very good instructor; he's excellent at explaining technical driving maneuvers, teaching driving instincts through examples, ingraining good driving habits and instilling the mindset of defensive driving. Passed my G2 test with ease thanks to good practice tests, constructive criticism and always finding something to improve on so I wouldn't get complacent. Always enjoyed my time in the car with him and would highly recommend.

Dean is a great driving instructor. He knows all the rules and does everything by the book. He teaches you actual skills that you need to be a good lifelong driver, rather than just to pass the test. During the lessons he lets you take control and doesn't intervene until the last moment and never yells at you. If you're learning how to drive, I strongly recommend Dean if you're looking for an instructor who will teach you properly and rigorously.
