Excellent service, Esther and her staff are always welcoming and very professional. Look has an exceptional variety of colours to offer her clients for shellac and regular polish. Always keeping on trend, the girls will definitely counsel you on which colour is best and which application will be the nicest. You always look amazing walking out of Look.. thank you ladies!

UPDATE : Got a call from the extremely nice manager Myriam apologizing for my experience. She informed me that the ceilings are unfinished because they just moved (wich is understandable, and I wasn’t aware ) and she was very understanding of the whole situation. I will be back at the salon on the 14th of aug for a manicure and will be giving them another chance. I will update my review after then :) thank you

It's really hit and miss. Manicurists Azik and Kate do flawless work, while others manicurists there are really below par. Just had my nails done, super polite and professional girl, but 3 fingers are uneven and the shellac is lumpy. that's unacceptable when paying over 100$ for shellac mani and pedi.

IM MAD. Came here with a friend they took us 30MIN late and it took 2 hours for the manicure of my friend that BROKE the next day and was not worth 90$ ! Also they charge 10$ extra each plastic nail extension it’s not acceptable. The service we got was the worst in years. Even the girl doing my nails said she wasn’t happy there and recommended us an other place!

If I could give 0 star I would...I went to get a refill on a gel/shellac manicure. The lady was super rude. Then the nail tech came and had no electric equipment. She was going to do my refill with a regular nail file you can buy at Pharmaprix. I asked how long it would take, she says 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Also, the refills cost $55.00 She then proceeded to tell me she was treated like a slave and doing refills is hard because they have no electric nail files and that she hated her job. It was overall a poor experience and I felt bad for the girls. I just got up and left. Did not go through with the

Just did my manicure shellac there, first the edge of nails were asymmetrical in shape, cut 2 of my cuticles that still bleeding , and right after 2 hrs 2 nails chipped off. Nonprofessional. Unfortunately that i left Montreal for a trip otherwise i would have returned to have it redone , and for the last time there.

I love the staff here, they are super friendly and professional. The place looks so chic, really feels like you're in a spa and not in any other nail salon. I usually do shellac mani and regular pedi. The shellac lasts for over 3 weeks in perfect condition, no chipping. They always do such a meticulous job on my nais which is so important for me. My nails are stronger than ever because the removal of the gel doesn't damage your nails. Definitely recommend this place!!

Two weeks ago, I came for a manicure/ pedicure with a friend for the first time. Our experience was totally positive and we enjoyed our time from start to finish. From the beginning, we were treated very respectfully and offered drinks the moment we sat down. The place is gorgeous inside and clean, which makes it very catching to the eye and comfortable from the get go. The two girls who worked on us, we're friendly and extremely careful and concsenious when asking us exactly what we wanted and which colour and shape we liked. I was looking for a manicure and pedicure on a Sunday. I happened upon this place after the first place I went closed at 2:00. I'm so happy I found this place. Both ladies were very nice. A little expensive compared to my place in the US but I would come here again when I am in Montreal for business. Good selection of colors. Very clean.

Myself and 2 friends came for a full pedicure today for the first time. As soon as we walked in we were offered something to drink. Our pedicures were time respected and the nail technicians really took their time and actually did a complete foot massage which we appreciated a lot. It was a nice first experience and I would book again.

Went in for a refill while having 2 broken nails, from a different salon. The tips they used for my thumb completely covers my thumbs nails, so if I'm not careful, it will for sure pop off completely. She does not know how to match shape AT ALL. My other nails were clearly square and rounded a little and she almost shaped the new nail in an almond shape, I had to fix it myself at home because I didn't bother telling her because i was too shocked she didn't see the difference.
