I had a shellac mani and regular pedi with April yesterday.
the salon is clean,the chairs comfortable and her skills were top notch.
I liked everything she did and all with pleasant conversation and a big smile.

My wife and I both went here and had great experiences. The owner is super sweet and we both had very pleasant conversations with her while getting our nails done. Very professional! We will be back!

I had my acrylic refill done by Holly and she did an amazing job. She really took her time to make sure the shape was exactly what I wanted (I am VERY particular with my nails) she helped me choose my color and made sure that I was satisfied. I will definitely be returning, thanks Holly

By far the worst pedicure received, came on friday morning no one was there. 3 of the workers were watching philippino serie, not focused on her job. The water was cold, started cutting my nails round shape without asking, I wanted them square! They apparently forgot their wifi password so they couldn't give it to me. Only reason I went there is because its literally 2 mins away from home.

I'm not one to book ahead of time, I'm one who walks in and if you have time great and if not I understand entirely and it's not an issues at all. Each time I've walked in except once, they were able to fit me in and take care of me. They realize that I'm not one who likes chit chat and small talk so they don't and I appreciate that! I know some like that and that's fine, but I don't. I appreciate they tailor the experience to me. I've always liked my manis and pedis, never had an issue. The one time they couldn't take me as a walk in, was fine! It happens and I should book but I never know when

Terrible customer service: 3 nails broke within couple days when I call to explain my situation they hang up the phone on me. When I went back they gave me the run around.Charged me 5$ per nail to be fix. Holy is very rude and the own Kate is no better. They both have a disgusting attitude, not understanding and only about getting more money on top of what I already paid. I would not recommend this place to no one.

Been going there since 2013 and when I moved, I couldn't see myself going to another place. April and Holly are just too kind, they always make you comfortable and most welcomed. They treat your nails nicely and the waxing booth is discret.

I've been going regularly since it opened. The owners are lovely women who know their nails. If you're not sure what you want, just ask them what would look best - in about 2 seconds they will consider the shape and size of your fingers, whether or not you work a lot with your hands, etc. and sculpt you some gorgeous nails.
Great selection of polish and gel, amazing massage chairs for pedicures, extremely clean with utensils.

I absolutely love this place. I've been going there for 4 years now & they've yet to disappoint me. They have many regular clients which speaks volume if you ask me! They have excellent service & keep the salon extremely clean!!! I recommend Pretty Nails to all my friends, male & female. You should try them out & I guarantee you'll be just as pleased as me!

I've been there about 5 times but since last three times the technician by the name Kim if I'm not mistaken has repeatedly pointed out that I have ugly hands I have a skin condition unfortunately that leaves my hands always dry she has repeatedly said oh ok the skin on my arms are nice but...... the skin on my hands ...... No nice are ugly yes I said it she actually said ugly end she said it in front of my dear friend after the third time I called her out about it in front of her customers and I said openly if you don't mind stop repeating the subject with my hands I have a condition
