Peak Integrated Health is an evidence based health and wellness practice located in Squamish British Columbia. We are committed to helping those in the sea to sky corridor with their health and performance needs. We approach every patient as whole. We find and correct any of the bodies dysfunctions while also learning why the dysfunction happened in the first place.
We strive to provide a customized service to our patients that is tailored to their individual needs. We will work with you to make sure your needs are met and you understanding of the entire process. Chiropractors have extensive knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body as well as the biomechanics of how our bodies move.
We would like to take you through what will happen when you book your first appointment to help you better understand how your first visit to our clinic will take place. If you book over the phone we will ask you for an email where we can reach you and our new patient intake forms will be sent to you before hand similar to booking online.
A chiropractic adjustment is a technique used to release joint restrictions and restore smooth pain free motion. An adjustment or manipulation may result in a "pop" or "crack" noise. This noise is the result of pressure being released from the joint in the form of gases. Throughout our daily life pressure builds within the joints of our body, which may contribute to a joint restriction.
Peak Integrated Health works with Orthogenic Labratories who specialized in a complete line of functional EVA (ethyl vinyl acetate) orthotics. EVA is a dynamic, responsive material that promotes the natural motions of the foot and ankle during gait. Their kinetic orthotics are precision crafted using state-of-the-art German Engineered CAD/CAM technology to provide limitless options for correcting biomechanical alignment.

Dr Kurtis Munro is a very nice and professional person. It was the first cracking experience in my life. Right side of my body was sore, I was not able to lift my right arm and my IT bands pain was extending to my right knee. I was scared to go to a chiro initially, but finally when my pain became worse then I went to him , and when he made cracks my whole body was relaxed. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I've broken the spine to my scapula into my humerous pretty bad and was in a sling for 7 months...I've been seeing Dr. Kurtis Munro for my Shoulder, Ribs and Neck for 3 weeks now the 1st time I was in so much pain in my back and could only get a half breath he kept his practice open later to see me. Since I've been seeing Dr. Kurtis Munro it's the first time my body has felt normal since 2014 when I had my crash.
Never rushed, super friendly takes his time to explain thing's to you and is very knowledgeable. I ask alot of questions while there and he never hesitates to answer my questions in depth

Since I started my treatments with Dr. Munro, I have noticed a huge improvement in regards to my back & neck pain. My discomfort is now virtually gone, and I put all of the progress down to the chiropractic care I have received at Peak Health Chiropractic.
It is a very friendly and welcoming environment, one which I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family!

Dr. Munro was able to clear my lower back issues , explain to me why they were being caused and help me understand how I can prevent it from reoccurring. He also gave me a follow up call to check in to see how I was doing a few days after which I very much appreciated. Very polite and curtious person.
I can now bend over without pain !! ( big win )

Dr. Munroe is a knowledgeable, conscientious, and compassionate chiropractor. It is clear he is passionate about his field which is very encouraging and I appreciate his efforts to make sure I understand why his adjustments and exercises will improve my posture and core strength—my neck finally feels relaxed after months of holding tension in my shoulders and upper back. Dr. Munroe is down to earth and has a terrific bedside manner, plus his office is a very calm, relaxing space. I highly recommend!

He takes the time to comprehensively investigate and examine every potential source of pain. He is very open to discussion and is completely transparent with his assessments as well as with his ideas for a treatment path. I felt very confident and comfortable throughout every interaction with Kurtis.

I highly recommend paying a visit to Dr. Munroe at Peak Health Chiro if you are experiencing any type of pain and if you’re in the middle of being treated by way Physio. I found that pairing the two really amped up my healing time from a car accident.
I don’t think I would be as far along in rehabbing my back if it wasn’t for him.
Dr. Munroe has a great approach, a positive attitude and everything he suggested was in line with what my doctor and physiotherapist were recommending and then some. The guy never needs to write anything down and somehow still remembers what we did last time,

Dr. Kurtis Munro worked miracles on my back and neck. I was in in a lot of pain when I first started seeing him. He took the time to listen to my concerns and help relieve my pain through adjustments and muscle manipulation. He was very gentle and confident. He was also very personable. Dr. Munro from Peak Health Chiropractic helped me to find an effective path of treatment for a persistent neck injury. I was able to get an initial appointment very quickly and I was impressed with the holistic approach he took to sorting out the cause and treatment of my pain.
