Services
Heather is not available for treatment until further notice. She is taking advantage of the "empty nest" time of her life and is doing a long silent meditation retreat. Upon her return she will have different business premises- the location of which is still to be determined. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Infrared saunas provide a warm, gentle environment that encourages profuse sweating. In this type of sauna, the body is warmed up directly by the emanation of infrared rays, penetrating the skin up to 4 cm deep. As a result, the warming effect happens at the very heart of the muscular tissue. Infrared heat is band of energy that operates between 5.6-15 microns.
Heather enjoys assessing and treating the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction and provides her clients with the knowledge and tools to manage and prevent their own conditions. Her clients come from all walks of life and include athletes, pregnant women, infants and children as well as people who have experienced traumatic or overuse injuries, or have chronic conditions.
