Our service fee is $88.50+HST, includes 30 minutes of time. If we have to order you a part and return to your home you are still on that initial 30 minutes of time.

We had an issue with our microwave and took it to Pirie Appliances. They replaced the part and charged us $90. Not a problem there.
The issue was when we reinstalled the microwave, we noticed a broken piece on top, the door was now offset and the light was no longer working. I called to asked if someone could come on out and repair these issues as the microwave has already been attached above our stove and between the cabinets, to which I was told "it wouldn't be free, and how do they know it didn't happen during transport." Their employees loaded into my SUV, I brought it into my house and installed
