I called Spruce grove flowers for an arrangement very last minute (two hours before they closed) and asked for an arrangement to be made for the following day! (My best friends arrangement was even delivered before noon!!) No idea how they pulled this together so quick on such short notice but I’m certainly impressed. They were able to throw together the most luxurious arrangement within my low budget and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for making my best friend feel so special. So sorry about the last minute pressure can’t thank you enough for accommodating!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The staff are rude and very unprofessional. They always have an attitude when dealing with them. I have never placed an order through them but have received flowers from them. They lie about delivery times and when you try to call you can never get a word in because the lady is to busy giving you an attitude.

Where do I start. I have a hard time surprising my wife. This was the first time that I would have been able to pull a fast one over on her and have flowers delivered on her birthday without her knowing. Unfortunately the completely unprofessional and rude woman that took my order ended up calling my wife, ruining the surprise a day early. my wife ended up picking it up. When my wife explained that they could have delivered anytime on her birthday and that they ruined my surprise, the manager and employee seemed like they could care less. Suggesting we can still deliver tomorrow if you'd like.

Went in there to pick up two orders. Poor woman was by herself (just for a bit she said)
Phone ringing, people lined up outside, only 2 of us allowed in store at a time.
But she was awesome. Super nice. And the flowers were great!
So her co-worker arriving when we left with some much needed coffee. Lol

I wanted to purchase flowers. I asked if I could see flowers to purchase in the cooler because there was nothing on the floor and was told “absolutely not”. I was told that I have to pre-order. How do I order when I can’t see the flowers I want? Went to Pretty Little Flowers and it was easy as pie. The lady that I was speaking to at this store appeared irritated as soon as she asked if she could help me. Won’t be back.

Ordered flowers for a funeral, the woman who took my order refused to send me clear pictures to show the size. Eventually got fed up talking through text and decided to talk over the phone. Got nothing but attitude, leading me to feel belittled and frustrated. Aside from the terrible customer service the flowers turned out nice.

I am a florist at The Flower Hut in Fort St. John so am pretty picky. I ordered flowers for my very best friend that lives in Spruce Grove. I gave them a few things on my wish list and asked that they create something special. My friend sent me a photo and LOVES her flowers! I am thrilled with the arrangement and keepsake container they chose. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
