So clean and hygienic. The workers are so friendly and really take their time to ensure your happy with your nails, and other services. Specifically Kelly is an amazing nail tech who can do both long and short nails. 10/10 would recommend! Very professional and kind staff. They pay attention to detail and make sure that you're happy with the results.

Updated review as of Jan 2021 - I’ve been a regular client (they call me “Lisa”) for the last few months and even introduced family & friends to this place but sorry to say, the ladies may be nice/sweet/decent at what they do, but they don’t care about client service. Booked an appointment for my sister and myself - they noted it down incorrectly & made my sister wait for 45min with her feet soaked in water for a regular pedicure. We ended up cancelling the service (my sis has sensitive feet & they didn’t care - just a mere “sorry”). Will not be coming back again or recommending this

I went to Scarlet Nails and Spa based on the many positive reviews. I glad I did! They were able to successfully remove a botched shellac nail polish job I did elsewhere, and did a complete do over that was just perfect! Dan Lee is amazing and detailed in his work. I am loving my new shellac nails and will be revisiting.

Nail tech did a bad job on my shellac. The cuticles were not cleaned and the polish was put on top of the cuticles. A very sloppy job. I have grad photos to take and had to go somewhere else to remove this horrible manicure. When I told the nail tech that the manicure looked messy she was extremely rude and rushed to remove the polish to attempt to fix the nails. It still looked amateur and sloppy. The entire time she was scolding me and was being very rude. Save your money. Go elsewhere. Trust me. Horrible attitude and a very horrible experience

I recently moved to Mississauga and was in need of finding a new nail salon. I believe I found it. The workers were very patient and took their time in shaping my nails, I requested almond shape and I am in love. Thank you for taking your time and not rushing, I really loved the service. Will come again

I am so impressed with this place. I have been to quite a few different salons and I was pampered and treated so well here and my feet look and feel amazing! I wish I had before pics to prove the difference in my feet. My heals were all dry and cracked and are now baby smooth, my pinky toes have always had this thick dry skin on the sides of the nail that no one has ever been able to get rid of well now both baby toes are so smooth and look as normal as they can! Lol The gentleman did my pedicure for me, he was so gentle, diligent, took his time, was so sweet and had a great sense of humor. He
