Went here looking for ignition coils and spark plugs for my car on Thursday, Dec 9. Was told that they would arrive the following day. However when I came back on Friday, the driver had apparently forgotten it at the warehouse when I had specifically asked for it for that day and was reassured that it would arrive that day. Was then told that they would ensure it would be here Saturday. Came on Saturday and they had ordered the wrong ignition coil for my car. Then had the audacity to ask if I wanted to wait until Monday so that they can order the correct one at a higher cost. Had this been done
