The finished product has got high praise from neighbours who build decks. I am extremely satisfied. Poor installation and customer service. Looks like they only cemented every other post despite them telling me otherwise. A couple years later every other post has popped and my fence is very uneven. Emailed customer service and they tell me out of warranty so will have to charge me for repairs. When asked what can be done and how much it will cost they won't answer.

Had the pleasure of being on highway 400 with one of their pick up trucks. The roads are snow-covered and this driver decided that it was wise to come up in the slow lane slam on his brakes then change lanes and move to the fast lane and speed by everybody. Thanks for putting everybody’s life at risk because you were in a hurry.

What a wonderful experience with a Company! Everything went smoothly and efficiently. From the Contract to the finished project all the Staff and Crew were extremely pleasant to deal with. EXTRA KUDOS to the Work Crew who worked extremely hard not taking numerous breaks as I have experienced other Companies to do, and completing the task with an eye for detail and in record time. The Crew were polite, worked quietly and quickly, I hardly knew they were here. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
