Construct & Conserve was founded as an innovative sustainable development company to educate clients and the building industry on Green Building technologies and practices. While green technology and sustainable development are still important to them, they have evolved their business to encompass complete building services for clients with grand visions of custom dream homes.
Construct & Conserve operates a timber frame division and are proud members of the Timber Framers Guild. Our timber frame services include: timber frame homes, smaller timber frame structures or decorative gables & accents. We provide 3D renderings for clients prior to construction, with detailed design joinery.
I had my little cottage for 20 years, always dreaming about tearing it down and rebuilding my dream home. We interviewed 8 different builders. We hired Construct & Conserve to do a full gut and redesign to the entire main floor of our home. Every square inch was modernized from new doors, trim, hardwood, tile and lighting to a gorgeous new open-concept kitchen. Renovations in the past have always caused anxiety, as we have very high expectations that few contractors measure up to. Working with this team however, there were no compromises. Jeff Graham’s attention to detail is what made the impact of the transformation so dramatic. I could write a book about the long list of items cared for that contributed to the overall impact. The

When I decided I wanted to have a greenhouse built, I knew I needed to work with people that would understand my vision. Construct & Conserve's team made the entire designing/architectural process such a breeze. Then the entire forested lot area cleared and structure was framed in incredible timing. If it wasn't for Cooper's caring and down to earth demeanour then I would not have ended up with a structure far more beautiful than I imagined.

We got Scott and team in to build us a 10x18 pool house/shed and work with our landscape contractor (OGS) that was putting in our pool and patio. They worked seamlessly, and left us with an outstanding end product. All their trades were extremely professional. The finished product is just amazing. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Construct Conserve.

Construct Conserve built our Big Foot log chalet in the Blue Mountains. The project was well run, on time with only a few budget variances which was from us choosing additional upgrades.
Cooper and the team were really great to work with, always available for any questions, passionate about making us happy, proactive and very professional. We went into this project not knowing what to expect. They walked us through the build and were very organized with the timelines. They provided us with excel spreadsheets for budgets which we reviewed on a regular basis.
