We have experience dealing with Residential and Commercial real estate transactions, including transactions connections with the sale or purchase of a business. At Haxell Law, service is personal. Aside from Jameson Glas, there are three real estate clerks handling files. Mr. Glas not only oversees their work, but also makes himself available to answer any questions that you may have as we work towards your closing.
No, it is not true that if you die without a Will the government takes everything. But, it is true that it is more complicated (and therefore more expensive) to have your assets distributed to your next of kin when you don't have a Will. And, if you die without a Will, those who will inherit is determined by how they were related to you.
Haxell Law has been a busy family law practice for over 20 years. During Mr. Haxell's time practicing, the great majority of his family law files were settled out of Court. I don't know about other services but this is a review for their Power of Attorney service which they provide for 50 dollars.
I was at this place last month to make a Power of Attorney that i need to send urgently to India. They offered to make it for $50. The price was tempting so i chose to get it done through this place. But when i asked them to make slight changes, Mr Kevin was upset but he made the changes. I asked them if they know about law for international countries and if they would make me a Power of attorney that gets accepted in India. He very confidently said- yes.
