In 2014, husband and wife team Masoud and Sandy Vatankhah celebrated the 20th anniversary of Piccadilly Cafe. This warm and inviting restaurant offers superb homestyle cooking with international flair, a daily special menu, excellent all-day breakfast, fresh baked muffins, tarts, and yummy ice cream. Celebrities like Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling, Antonio Banderas and Armand Assante have made it a lunchtime destination! Relax and stay awhile, and don't forget to ask Masoud about his stained glass artwork.
Services
I've been working in Burlington for the past 27 years and have been a regular at Piccadilly Cafe for the last 18 years. I look forward to every lunch; they make some of the best home made meals. The chef is the best and he is also an artist by nature. His meals and breakfasts are second to none. With every meal he creates a different work of art.

Sandy and Masoud are local owners and have been here for 24 years serving us. Their coffee, homemade style fresh food and the art work all over the wall is unique. I had the best pancake here. Simple made but oh boy

We walked by and decided to stop for a convenient bite of breakfast, bad choice. The restaurant appears to be family run which is often a good sign but in this case the owners seem to have gotten lazy. All the food was microwaved with sour tasting sausages and mildewy tables. I was pretty grossed out during the whole meal. The two stars is for their friendliness but I wish more effort was put into keeping the food edible and the place clean.

I hate to give little mom and pop places a bad review but felt compelled. While the breakfast taste was ok, it's obvious that they try to do everything as cheaply as possible. I'm not a big eater but left hungry. The strips of bacon were probably the thinnest and smallest I've ever seen in a restaurant. Same with the toast and the fruit. Given the price of $9 not including coffee, it represents a pretty poor value. And to top off, they wanted to charge full price for a coffee refill. The only upside is that there is no wait for a table (I can understand why). Do yourself a service and look elsewhere

BEST PANCAKES I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! We are on a road trip from California and stopped here by chance. The pastries we ate we excellent as were my eggs Benedict. If you are in the area looking for breakfast, this is the place to go, you won't be disappointed. And don't leave without trying the pancakes!

This little restaurant is a safe haven in an otherwise rapid moving city scape. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is delicious with a variety of vegetarian options and the atmosphere is like stepping into an 80s style greasy spoon. I can't stress enough how much I love this place, you'll have to experience it for yourselves. Piccadilly Cafe 11/10

For Burlington paying $8 for breakfast is a pretty good deal, I ate at Piccadilly Cafe twice in a week and while I found both of the meals to be good and satisfactory I feel like they could have been better with slight tweaks. Our service was pretty food, she was friendly, she was pleasant and she asked us what we thought, the second time we came the chef (husband I assume) served us, he didn't say much but made conversation with the guy behind us so I assume he was a regular and maybe he wasn't comfortable at first.

Stopped by for a quick lunch with a colleague. They serve food that are already prepared (by them) so everything is really quick. They don't have too much selection but it's definitely enough to satisfy. They also are aware of and have gluten free options. They had a crustless quiche which looked delicious, as well as gluten free bread for the sandwiches. The chicken cacciatore and rice was also gfree.
They offered to toast my bread but I was guessing the toasters were shared so I opted out. The bread was surprisingly soft and tasted good. The turkey for my sandwich was fresh cut and

Been coming here for years. The food is home made and is excellent. The owners, beautiful couple that makes this cafe feel warm and inviting. All of their dishes are excellent, but my favourite is the tuna sandwich. Most definitely a favourite as we drive about 20 minutes twice a week at least to have breakfast here. Try it.

Went here for breakfast. They serve it all day but I was here at 8am. It was a nice visit and sat outside. Inside is simple and small. I had the eggs Benedict with home fries. The hollandaise sauce is from a mix and the potatoes were too soft. The cutlery was dirty. The food was still enjoyable enough as it was a beautiful day.

While visiting Burlington, Ontario on vacation last week, we stopped by the Picadilly Cafe for lunch with our family. It's a cute little cafe, with a comfy interior and a few outdoor cafe tables. All of the food is made on site daily with no preservatives by the owners, a sweet, Greek looking husband and wife team. We had the crab salad sandwich which included our choice of veggies piled on for toppings, and our children had a ham and cheese deli sandwich, simple, but high quality ingredients made with love. One child had a scoop of ice cream for dessert, which he highly recommends, a &apos
