We love what we do and we have a passion to make old boring bathrooms look like they belong in a showhome. Creating functional spaces that make you feel special. We have transformed bathrooms in homes built from 1910 to 2005.
During my career as a Realtor, I saw many ugly, moldy, unworkable bathrooms. It is just a small room but can cause the seller to lose a lot of money on the sale or even collapse the sale altogether. To find a contractor who was willing to do such a small renovation was very difficult. The other thing I noticed is that often the work was not done properly.

Services
Our bathroom renovation process begins by taking the surface off the old walls, then removing any black mold and water damage. We replace the old plumbing (and bathtub if required). Then we build a waterproof envelope, using either the Schluter or WEDI waterproofing systems, before installing new tile.

We just had our bathroom renovation done by Shane, who is amazing! His workmanship is magnificent and the price was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone who is looking at a bathroom renovation. He is a very kind and patient man and he made sure we were 100% happy before he finished! Thank you so much Shane!! Shane was very knowledgable regarding the condition of our bathroom in our recent house purchase. His prior experience and kindness helped us save an incredible portion of money on our renovation. He was also willing to selflessly act as a voucher when we were dealing with a dispute from the home inspection company, who we would not have considered contacting regarding the problem with our bathroom without his input. Very pleased with how personable and helpful he was!

We recently had our bathroom renovated by removing an existing old tub and acrylic surround and had them replace it with a soaker tub, tub to ceiling tile and new fixtures/rain shower. There was much to be done in that process especially in an older home. Shane and partner are experienced and knowledgeable. We were able to choose our own tile and fixtures and had a built in shelf installed.
