I've stayed here a couple times to get an early start riding my bike up hwy 40. And I'll say the last stay was great. I accidentally left a sentimental piece of jewelry in the room when I checked out, and they found it for me and held it till I could return. Awesome. Eat at the pub beside them too. Great!

Terrible experience. The top stair on the first landing in NOT TO CODE as it is 2 inches higher than the rest of the stairs. Both my wife and I tripped over it. Room was too hot. (but it was nice and cool outside. GO FIGURE) Smallest air conditioner I have ever seen could not catch up. Sheets and pillowcases are ready for the garbage. Large stains on the pillows. GROSS. Never could sleep so we left at 5:00AM. Tripped in the parking lot as there is a crack in the pavement that is 200 to 300 feet long and 3 to 5 in wide and 2 to 4 in deep. Twisted my ankle pretty bad and I am still limping 7 days

LOVED my stay in the BCMInn in Coleman, AB! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, and they were able to accommodate my requests for a ground-floor room. I would give this location a hundred stars if I could. Definitely recommend it - and I'll definitely be returning again. :)

Front desk was very polite and even helped us with a late evening pizza choice, which was great. The drain was plugged, do our shower turned into a bath, so that was not fun. After finding garbage and dirt along the bed edges, we made the mistake of using our uv light, which led to a restless sleep and refusal to remove our shoes.
The motel is right off the highway, but surprisingly, it is still quiet. Pretty fair pricing. We had to leave after night 2, and had no problems getting a refund for the third night.
Views from the walkway were nice. Especially sunsets.
