I was really not impressed. The electrician (Derick) came to our home and I thought we had finally gotten someone who was up for the work and trusted him not to cancel at last minute.
Derick gave me a reasonable quote on the Tuesday and I said we would like to go ahead so he said he would give me a call on Wed to let us know if he would do the work Thursday morning or Friday.
I waited all day Wed with no call so I called him and left a message around 7:30pm to remind him that I was still waiting for him to let me know what day and time...no returned call and no idea if I needed to take Thursday
