I Waited 1 hour for the guy to show up
When he didn't I called and got this answer
" he's on an install, i wasn't here to remind him/tell him, we will have to reschedule"
Me: don't bother
Thank you this is the third contractor (from different places) to not show up or get back to us
This business is ridiculous
I'm glad I took the day off for this no show and then lack of compassion when I was a bit agitated
Zero stars

I recently had a beautiful new kitchen installed by Mike Reinders and staff. I could not be more pleased with every aspect of this renovation, from their timeliness to every minute very professional detail. I was dreading having this done the same month as my son's wedding, because of the horror stories one hears about projects dragging on, or starting later than the scheduled date. But in actuality they were able to start my kitchen a week early, and therefore finished it early, giving me time to relocate all of my kitchen items (food, dishes etc) and now focus on the upcoming wedding!
