After initally forgetting to process my order causing a 2 week delay, they then sent the wrong rated part rated despite having discussed the requirements at length. They then overnight shipped the part (which I didnt ask for) charging me $30 for their mistake. The part was returned and they won't accept responsibility for the shipping I didn't ask for, and I am out the return shipping cost also. They never prodived an onvoice for the order either. Overall a complete waste of time and energy. I've spent thousands with these guys over the last few years, including $2k (cash) for suspension from Ians

I just bought a new 2021 Sherco 300 SE Factory. I have been asking questions for 5 years on bikes and Ian and whole the crew at Rider's Edge have always been great to deal with; tolerating me :).
I couldn't think of a better group of people to support with my purchase of what we all love to do. Thanks again Ian, Ashley, Melissa, Owen and Kyle for being awesome. Looking forward to the chance of riding with you in 2021!! BRAAAPPP!!

Ian & crew saved my trip recently with a fast emergency repair on my KTM rear shock before a rally. They've previously tuned up two other bikes in my group, and turned them into weapons in the dirt. Cannot thank Ian and Ashley enough for their help. The go-to place for suspension work in Western Canada.

Big thanks to Ian and the team at Riders Edge! They re-valved and tuned both my fork and shock and its a night and day different bike to ride. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Ian went the extra mile with explaining things to me and steering adjustments. Anyone that wants their bike to handle properly should pay a visit. Highly recommended!

Ashley and the team at Rider's Edge Suspension are some of the friendliest, most helpful and genuine people out there. I asked them not once, but twice for help with loading/unloading my motorbike on and off my truck since i don't have a ramp and they were incredibly helpful even though they knew they would not be making a sale. I would recommend this shop to anybody who wants trustworthy people to service their bikes. I will be going to them for all my parts even though they are not a certified Suzuki dealer.
