I went to so many stores to find sneakers that I liked and that my feet liked... nothing had what I was looking for and I was frustrated! I drove past fresh air one day, and remembered how great my bike tune up experience was there, so I stopped on a whim. I left 5 minutes later with the perfect pair of shoes and perfect service. I’ve recommended it to everyone I’ve encountered since! Now Fresh Air will be my FIRST stop every time I’m looking for outdoor gear/active wear.

Fresh air provided excellent and prompt service despite being incredibly busy during Covid. I am from out of town and had issues with my bike, which pretty much rendered my trip useless as it was supposed to be involving a lot of riding

Took my bike in for a check and tune before starting a 4 day ride down the KVR on Wednesday. I have been doing my own maintenance since I got it just over 3 years ago. The verdict ..... $10 to tighten the head set. Super impressed I wasn’t charged for a full tune when the bike didn’t need it! I will need a new chain, cassette and chain rings when I am back but that expense will wait.

I recommend going for many reasons, but the only reason why I keep going back is the people. They’re caring, helpful, and they went above and beyond when buying my first bike. About four years later I still ride my bike in great condition because fresh air employees take their time to advise me on which parts need tweaking and repairing. I will keep going there and supporting them because they all deserve it. 😀

Bree of the Kelowna Harvey Ave store listened to me. Understood and later emailed me great choices before end of business as promised. I had time. No Rush. But she said end of day. She meant it. LOL Needed official quote after I made my choice. Bang on and done. Wish life was that easy other stores.

Great shop with some really amazing staff! I was in Kelowna for a weekend and wanted to rent a road bike to explore the area. Jim was super helpful, he drew out suggested routes on a map for us. Rental charge of $50/half day was very reasonable for top of the line full carbon road bikes. HIGHLY recommend!

Staff are super accommodating, and very helpful. I had a long conversation with the staff on custom bike parts, and why certain items go well with certain parts. The bike I ended up getting was well priced, and of sound quality. The staff took great care of my bike and my needs. This place is more than just bikes, it's a dynamic store, changes with the seasons. Right now, the store is setup for snow sports. Definitely worth a visit. I'll be getting all my bike parts from this place.
