Restoration Chiropractic opened in 2012 as a reflection of Dr. Trevor Mains' philosophies and style of care. Dr. Trevor's approach is not to just treat the symptoms alone, but to work with patients to understand the root of a problem and begin care there. In this way, good health can be truly restored rather than disguised by short-term relief.
Chiropractic care is safe and effective for patients of all ages and all backgrounds. Often people think of chiropractic care only as a remedy for acute pain. Any potential trauma, however, such as the birth process itself, can cause a problem in the spine that may be asymptomatic. We believe that chiropractic care for the sake of wellness is so important.
Once you've scheduled your first appointment, you can access your new patient paperwork right on this site. Take the time to complete it in the privacy of your home or arrive a few minutes early for your appointment, and we can help walk you through it. Dr. Trevor will introduce himself to you and escort you back to our interview and exam area.
Staff is so friendly, the clinic is very clean and inviting. I never had to wait for my turn which is a huge plus for me, I've got a very challenging body, needed a therapist with experience and patience, I am glad I found this clinic. Really informative, I thought I was in better shape till I saw my x-rays!

I have not pursued chiropractic treatment regularly in my life. This will definitely change going forward. I was very impressed with all of the information given by Dr. Trevor Mains. His clinic is absolutely lovely. His administrator’s customer service was fabulous. Hours are excellent. This clinic is a gem. I would recommend Restoration Chiropractic to everyone!!

A journey that started from re-strengthening my spine (due to issues from back surgery years ago and a desk job of 15+ years) to now incorporating bi-monthly adjustments as part of my overall health routine. I've been having chiro adjustments since I was a teenager, so I have a lot of experience with different practices over the years. My issues range from scoliosis to skydiving and motocross accidents. I switched to Dr. Trevor Mains in December after suffering a pinched nerve and several weeks of pain. He very gently put me back in alignment and is now treating my 10 year old as well. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Trevor is absolutely wonderful. Not only is he a genuine and caring person, he's also a very talented chiropractor. He is very informative and helps you contribute to your healing and growth with exercises, stretches, and personalized recommendations. He also uses technology to track your progress, share his findings with you, and further assist in your treatment. I couldn't recommend Restoration more.

My husband and I have been going to Restoration Chiropractor for the last 3 months. Dr Mains is very professional, thorough and we liked the fact that prior to treatment we had X-rays and measurements done.
