In 2010, Q1 Aviation was formed by a team of highly experienced AMEs with backgrounds in heavy maintenance and specialized support services. We utilized our experience to provide unique maintenance solutions to our customers with a focus on quality, flexibility and cost effectiveness.

Q1 Aviation Ltd. is a Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization the provides 24/7 aircraft maintenance support to all regional, commercial, and private aircraft owners. We also dispatch our technicians both locally and nationwide with hot-bonders and repair kits under AMO 47-11 and EASA 145.7296.
Approved Maintenance Organization #47-11 for the following categories: Aircraft, Avionics, Components, Instruments, NDT, and Structures. Approved pursuant to AWM 563 for the Distribution and Certification of previously certified aeronautical products. Authorized to perform maintenance, other than specialized welding or non-destructive testing on composite structures and sheet metal structures.
Q1 Aviation's sheet metal support includes parts fabrication, flapper peening, corrosion repairs and treatment. Our sheet metal capabilities also include repair, design, and certification to Transport Canada standards. Our technicians are capable of completing composite damage repairs on fairings, panels, tip assemblies, lower nacelles, leading edges, radomes, and many more.
Q1 Aviation offers a state-of-the-art Non-Destructive Testing capabilities, utilizing the latest generation equipment. All of our inspections are carried out by our level III and level II technicians. 4. Ultrasonic Testing (includes thickness measurement, bond testing, and crack detection). Our NDT capabilities also includes helicopters such as Airbus, Bell, AgustaWestland, Leonard, and more.
