If you like constant confusion from your doctor's office with a pharmacy just 25 feet away this is the place for you. This clinic is a disaster.

Dr. Frimpong is great. I never feel rushed out of his office. He always calls me back with test results and has even called back days after an appointment just to see how my daughter was feeling as she had had a fever the day I saw him. You can tell her genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his patients. He takes walk ins multiple days a week. So even when unexpected health concerns come up I can usually get myself and my kids in to see him pretty quickly.

Dr. Mustafa Ghoniem is by far the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. He didn’t even try listening to my medical concerns, and was in a rush to get done with the visit. After waiting 30 mins to see a doctor, I couldn’t even get 2 entire minutes of his time. Please avoid him at all cost.

My doctor is amazing, caring, professional, knowledgeable. Unfortunately the staff/front desk administrators... well, I'm not even sure where to begin. It is next to impossible to actually talk to someone on the phone, every single time I call the front desk I am put on hold for a minimum of 20-30 minutes. I have NEVER received a call back when I leave a message. On top of that, when they do eventually pick up the phone, they seem bothered by my questions and are usually short and rude. I have run out of prescription refills on multiple occasions, despite calling in well before I run out- because

If I was able to give negative stars I would. Dr. Ogunlana is by far the worst doctor I have ever been too, i went for my appointment on the 2nd of November and went for my xrays the same day and I was called for an appointment on the 4th for an over the phone appt at 2:45pm on monday November 8th, i took the week off work and I never got a call I actually called them 3 times and still no call back I then get a call on Wednesday asking if I would still like to make an appointment for monday the 15th of november. She called but when I answered no one spoke on the other end so I called back immediately

I would post under 0. What the doctor has done is illegal. My daughter is Canada citizen, she reside in Manitoba for many years. She has the Manitoba Health card. After 1.5 of waiting she was kicked out by doctor because she has an old address on her card. More over he told her that if she wants to be checked she has to pay $150.
It's absolutely ridiculous. Want to report it to Manitoba Health Care. Owful services!

Worst clinic ever both staff and the doctor were unprofessional. Receptionist are loud and stupid. I could not believe the doctor went to med school as he never knows whats wrong exactly and ask the same questions at each visit.. you will leave the clinic with a thousand questions…no wonder they mention lawsuits as soon as you check in …im pretty sure theyve had issues like that.. this clinic is a joke..save yourself the headache. 0 stars

What kind of clinic says they’re accepting an urgent walk in patient til 8 and to come immediately, then when you get there within 10 mins, “our last doctor just left”? Get your act together, if someone calls and says they have to see someone immediately and they are coming, you tell the doctor someone is coming. What a joke of a place.

An Absolutely woeful experience including countless examples of sheer incompetence, not to mention the tragic attitude of certain doctors and staff members. Definitely do not recommend this clinic to anyone who has feelings. Would've given 0 stars if it wasn't for a receptionist called Urfa who seemed to be the only human there with half a brain cell and actually happened to be very lovely and welcoming.

Easily my best walk-in experience ever and am writing my first review ever, to alleviate concerns about comments made in earlier posts here.
I'm not a registered patient at this clinic, but my walk-in experience was flawless. Reception was quick and efficient (no problem with language, as some have complained). Dr. Frimpong was able to see me within 20min of my walking though the door and was very professional; he took a brief history, listened intently to my concerns, and was very clear and concise in my medical debriefing.
I will definitely be going back for non-emergency issues when my family
