Rude does not care about my time he cancels whit out notice .you find out when you show up for scheduled appointments.

Very nice staff and great doctor I cannot believe how punctual he was. The only time I have ever seen a doctor be on time!

I was never notified that my doctor no longer worked at this location, which left me scrambling to find another in an emergency. This clinic is stretched so thin its suprising they don't have a revolving door.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lacerte Since the clinic opened, I have always found her and her staff to be helpful friendly and attentive .

In hospital with unknown if kidney stones or not for 3 week's In and out.. pain went away after the second week and had aCT scan in selkirk hospital, no stones passed no one knows what it was.. after numerous calls and being ignored for 5 month's from the oakbank clinic. It took me to come down and talk in person frustrated and upset at the clinic to make an appointment all to find out about results. Let alone how rude the receptionist is and was! Finally lacerte came out and we made an appointment 5 month's and attitude from.the receptionist all threw out these 5 month's and several calls to none
