Absolute best experience I have ever had. Have been having a consistent issue for over 3 years with my PC, and it finally got so bad I had to reach out somewhere for help.
Just over the phone I told them what the issue was and they gave me various options to go forth as I am a university student and money is not abundant right now. He talked me through what I would needed to do.
Joel especially was fantastic to work with, great attitude, very knowledgeable, and super understanding! He helped me acquire the parts I needed to replace and talked me through replacing the hardware all over the phone

My laptop suddenly crashed on saturday night after a week of freezing and barely starting up. I am a university student with 2 weeks until my finals and I was devastated. I was going to try to get my laptop fixed by the geek squad at Best Buy but all they wanted was money and through prices at me, told me it’d be 5 days before they could look at my laptop and the worker didn’t help me understand what was wrong with my computer in terms I’d understand as well as, he only looked at my computer for lesson three minutes .
