Ingadale Industries is a precision machine shop that is capable of working to tolerances of just 1/1,000th of an inch or less. Ingadale has been doing this kind of work for the last 50 years and now employs 80 workers with an average length of service of more than 20 years. All metal finishing operations are completed in-house as are many other tasks not normally expected of a precision machine shop.
These operations include but are not limited to: honing, grinding, chem. Most of the 80 plus workers at Ingadale Industries have been employed with the company for decades. Twenty-five of these employees have been with the company for 25 years or more.

Services
Fifty years ago Rudi Hoevelmann and Bill Mosgoll began a precision machining business and called it Ingadale Precision Products, a name that arose from a combination of the first names of their wives. The business they built was founded on trust, loyalty and quality work. Those same values are just as much a part of Ingadale today and have led to a work force that is dedicated, experienced and who take pride in their work.
How big is the shop? Is it big enough to ensure that more than one aspect of your job can be worked on at the same time?. Its one thing to state a quality control policy but how does the shop actually make it happen. Can they offer full service? In other words can they complete the job within the shop rather than having to send parts of it outside to contractors?.
