Working within the manufacturing industry for over 30 years, Crest Tech has specialized in precision parts manufacturing, but we know that in most cases that isn't the final process for that project. The management at Crest Tech strive to make the manufacturing process for our clients, and prospective clients, as easy and streamlined as possible.
Anodizing is an electrolytic passivation process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of metal parts. The process is called anodizing because the part to be treated forms the anode electrode of an electrical circuit. The most common type of anodizing requests are: Clear Anodize, Black Anodize, Chromate Conversion and Hard Coat.
Casting is a manufacturing process in which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify. The solidified part is also known as a casting, which is ejected or broken out of the mold to complete the process. As a cost savings measure, customers can use casting when looking to manufacture in very large quantities over an extended period of time.
With over three decades of machining experience, Crest Tech Corp is able to provide our expertise in producing a quality part. CNC (Computer Numerical Control) is when machine tools are automated with the aid of a computer by which the computer executes pre-programmed sequences of machine control commands.

Excellent customer service with a genuine desire to help!
I had a small onetime task that I needed help with, far below their capability and capacity, yet there was no hesitation in their willingness to help. As soon as they explained the risks involved, they set to work and quickly achieved the best-case outcome.
