Rusty has installed 3 heating systems in homes we have constructed over the last 30 years (this doesn't mean he's old, just experienced). He and his team have always been timely, professional, knowledgeable and performed their job with good humour. Quotes are reasonable and solid; I know I am going to get the best product at the best price. His customer service after the job is done is exceptional, always available to answer questions or come by and check on the system, highly recommend.

Out of all the trades we had on site during our last development, Rusty and his team were by far the best. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job quicker than they said they would and the final price was cheaper than what they quoted. As a carpenter in the Sea to Sky corridor, I really struggle to find quality trades that operate in a professional manner.
