The majority of staff are great people, but there are those that scream and yell all day long at relatives. This one is put in charge and ignores safety protocol and allows his favorite on his line to throw screws in peoples faces and will say she is just joking around. She also will put things in secret on peoples bottoms to make it look like they have tails and have everyone not let that person know there is something on their behinds to make fun of them. But when someone gets upset at his favorite he will tell them to behave or go home. Sometimes though when he sees no way out he will speak
