I needed a freezer to replace and old one and all I can say is that the experience was great from the moment I called to the delivery. All shelves were already installed. The 2 men that delivered even moved my old freezer. I would highly recommend.

We were looking for a fridge and a freezer for our new store and we needed them real fast, we looked online and came across CONCORD STORE EQUIPMENT, we called and spoke to Sasha, made an appointment and we were there the next day, very friendly atmosphere and easy to deal with, Sasha showed us a few options after we told him what we need and within 15 minutes we decided to make the purchase, they delivered the items the day and time they said they were going to do so, it was as easy as 1,2,3.

These people are absolute crooks. We bought a used commercial refrigerator from them which, although it was not working in the store, we were assured would be running when delivered. It never worked and they patently refused to fix it or to refund us, claiming it was a power issue. We had a licensed electrician inspect our power and offered to have a SECOND electrician confirm this. They still refused to rectify the situation, stating that when their technician plugged in his vacuum pump it would not run and thus the problem was our own. Sasha met with me after regular hours to accomodate me. Then, rather than make me feel rushed, he took the time needed to answer any and all of my questions. They have an above average selection and better than average pricing. To top it off most if not all of what I ordered is IN STOCK, NO WAITING!!!. You can't get better, don't bother looking, you'll just waste your time and money. My only regret so far is not coming here first. We brought 2 coolers, 1 freezer for our new store from Concord store equipment, they told before deliver they will proper check and will deliver in nice and clean condition with 3 months warranty. That's why we paid much more money, delivery charge, HST on all...just because peace of mind to long use. They take all money before. When they deliver coolers, were very dusty some light bulbs missing, some thermometer.. since 1st week we call that water keep dripping from cooler and they are not agree anything at all they keep asking questions and try to make us nervous and giving just explanations
