This has been our first time using an agency to help us with some temporary staffing needs and we are so glad we chose Home Care Assistance! The administration team is extremely responsive, kind and always available. Our family used Home Care Assistance this past year to help take care of our aunt after she suffered from a stroke and required assistance with her activities of daily living. The nurses and caregivers were all extremely professional and consistent in providing the highest quality of care. We are also very grateful for Joey in HR who was always available to respond to any questions or concerns we had and who went above and beyond to ensure that our experience with Home Care was flawless.
