I had the opportunity to work with the wonderful staff at this agency. As a Nurse who has been working with the elderly for over 10 years, I can say that I was so impressed with the level of dedication and competency of this team. Complete Care Coordination has helped my elderly dad live in his home as independently as possible. They were able to accommodate his many requests and found a caregiver than my dad truly cherished. I highly recommend their services if you have an elderly parent or family member insisting on living alone at home. Complete Care Coordination has been a pleasure to work with. They are known to be one of the top ten well known agencies in Montreal! Our family was unimpressed with the lack of empathy we got from Complete Care Coordination. It became very apparent that they were only interested in our money. Despite their name, this is a company that simply does not care. Their nurse made several serious mistakes and after that we just lost faith in the company. We didn't realize how stressful it was dealing with Complete Care Coordination until we went elsewhere. We are very happy with the new home care agency we moved to.

Complete Care is very organized and professional. They take the time to know client and match them with caregivers accordingly. And above all strive for continuity of care. Which is very important for elderly. Especially when suffering from dementia and dealing with other illness. You will not regret trusting Complete Care with your love ones. For the past three years, Complete Care Coordination (CCC) has been providing occasional home care for my parents, as well as much valued advice and guidance with respect to various situations, e.g. driving issues and medication management.
The staff and service providers are professional and attentive to the needs of my parents. They are always there to respond to our inquiries and worries. Communication is of paramount importance to them and always timely.
