It took a while before we were attended to. There was no attempt of reassurance that we were to be served. When it was our turn there was a confusion on the queue as people started queueing up on the other side as well. No communication provided by the staff on which side to queue and I cannot blame the others for doing so. This was about 2 weeks ago when I went for an upgrade. I gave it 3 stars because despite the hassle, the customer service was on point and seamless. I know this is the Christmas period and there were no available staff. Reassurance or recognition would be great as well as having

I recently visited the Virgin Media Store in Harrow on the Hill. I am a senior citizen with limited knowledge of phone technology. I was served by an extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful assistant - Rickie. He spent over an hour sorting out my phone problems, for which I am enormously thankful and grateful. I came around midday with a problem that hasn't been resolved by online chat and then complaints procedures where they wouldn't elevate my issue to the manager but instead answered each time without properly reading and understanding what I am talking about. However today good news - Customer Service Rep "Aulon" was in a league of his own compared to those who extensively wasted my time online and at the post office without result.

Visited the store twice in the last week as I’ve been using the broadband for a few months, and as I am moving to another house in the area, I needed to get the relocation sorted. Received sub par service from both the men in the store, both of whom had no sense of customer service. Both gave me different information, which indicated to me that either they were not trained well, or they were just not paying attention to anything, and I left feeling confused as to why there is any staff in the store, or a physical store in the area.
