Would not recommend. Right next to highway and the 'swimmable water' is a dirty dirty dirty. I wouldn't let my dog swim in it. Owners were not polite when questioned about the water quality.

Great campground off the highway. Only 15 minute drive to St Albert. The owner helped us get parked and settled in when we arrived at dark and this probably saved our marriage. Lol Great pet friendly campground. We would stay here again.

No working showers advertised as working and a very tiny play ground. I set my mother up here with her RV I went to see her 3/4 days she was there. The owners knew who I was on the third visit it was raining out I’m 5 months pregnant with a 1 year old. I was going to drive straight up to her RV site but was intervened by the husband. He pointed for me to park on the side and I gestured no cause my My mom was going to meet me at the gate to let me in to visit her. I heard the husband tell my mom I’m not allowed in because there’s only one car allowed. She told him They drove there RV and didn’t

We stayed here for 10 days and loved everyone of them! We played so much pickle ball enjoyed our fires and went on many walks. Ask the office for the keys to pickle ball court and have some fun! Very clean sites and loved that they offered the honey wagon service for those who can't get the full hook up! They are so fast and friendly to deal with always! Great pricing, we can't wait to come back! Site 12 was our favorite.

Owners super friendly. Quite, clean campsights. The train will wake you a few times a night so does traffic from the highway. Bathrooms are portapotties that are falling apart. They advertise showers but their are no showers. Lake is stagnant and full of leaches and blue green algea, staff member said it was ok to swim but Alberta Health advisory says complete opposite.

First off these people are wonderful and obviously take pride in what they do, the way they keep thier campground is clean and organized, they are friendly and go above and beyond. I was searching places to stay for a month and came across Heritage Lake Campground, after sourcing many places and in such an interesting season for summer of 2020, I found this place to be fairly priced for amenities. While staying here my experience was more than pleasent with being able to walk my dog around enjoying the "lake" (it's Alberta we know what our lakes are like 😂)
And having friendly nieghbours throughout

Easy access from the main highway and a 1km walk into Morinville. Each site has a firepit. The owner was helpful and accommodating. Excellent security set up with a gate. The water was beautiful in the evening but does draw in lots of little noseeums. Showers were not operational during our stay in August 2020. Outhouses for bathrooms. Water is very soft. Internet access was great.
