Custom ear molds are used with Behind-the- Ear hearing aids. The ear mold is an individually fabricated ear insert that channels the sound reproduced by a hearing aid receiver to the eardrum. Ear molds are made in different styles and materials. In order to have custom ear molds made, we have to take impressions of a person's ears.
Finally, there is a hearing aid that is literally out of sight and off your mind. The new custom-fit invisible-in-the-canal hearing aid rest comfortably in the second bend of your ear canal- completely undetectable to the outside world. Only you will know it is there. Only you will know you are wearing a hearing aid.

These clients can benefit from an extra performance boost in noise over distance, when watching TV or using the phone.
We provide on-site repair for your hearing aid. If you have a problem with your hearing aid, we can help. Don't worry if it is out of warranty with the manufacturer, as Acoustica can deal with many brands and models of hearing aids. While most hearing aid clinics are able to clean your hearing aids and replace simple external parts, the majority of clinics need to send your hearing aid to the manufacturer for more complex types of repair.
