Got an item valued at $8k shipped from toronto to Dublin paid extra to have item placed on pallets to avoid damage, item arrived in Dublin rolling on its own wheel completely destroyed and unusable, item is now completky destroyed ignoring my emails its is now the end of February and item was shipped in November, complete disgrace of a company and should be avoided at all costs, I'm down an item worth $8k and all shipping costs and handling charges in toronto and Dublin plus VAT I had to pay for a pile of crushed still due to this company no packaging the item as they said the would and charged
