Moving freight between Canada and the USA can be a simple process if everything is done right. 1. Proper wrapping - Make sure that your freight is either crated or shrink wrapped on a pallet. This method will allow you to ship the most economical way because you will avoid any special handling charges or possible damages.

Great Service, Professional Service, Always on Time except they don't pay their employees.
I worked there for a week as a courier using my cargo van. As a contractor it is my responsibility to take care of my vehicle maintenance and gas. Fair enough.
After doing the calculation, I decided not to work there anymore because it may not be worth it considering I am basically punishing my Cargo Van due to high mileage accumulation. Because I only work there for one month, I felt a notice was not required or necessary. I figured it will take about two weeks to process my check so I waited 1 month before

We received a shipment last week. Not only was it late the driver Glenn was loud, rude and ignorant towards myself and my staff.
Last time I checked I was the customer paying for my shipment to come in.
Don’t use them cause his boss Anthony is as equally rude and ignorant.
I will not be using them again. Very unprofessional and do not respect women.

Totally unprofessional, we have been dealing with them for a few years. Not to say about local deliveries are not on time and if your business is downtown Toronto. They can't manage your freight because they have no idea of where you are and how to deliver your goods. If you don't tell him which truck you want them to use they will just say it's your fault and you have to pay extra charges or else they will hold your goods as ransom. And never use them as a carrier for your goods coming from outside of Canada because they can't find the phone number pertaining you broker to clear customers paper

We have been using Trans-Ontario for the last two to three years to bring up product from Dallas, Texas. We import 3 to 4 skids every 6 to 8 weeks and there has never been one issue with either the pick up or delivery. The material is always picked up and delivered without fail on schedule. I would highly recommend this company.

Trans-Ontario provided a superb service from beginning to end. The staff were very professional, kind and courteous; when the driver arrived to pick up the package for delivery, he was incredibly polite, helpful and friendly. I am very impressed with level of service provided by Trans-Ontario. Thank you, Trans-Ontario for making the process completely flawless and professional.

I see a lot of people try to push around management, dispatch and coworkers- which is why negative reviews are all terminated employees. Work with many logistics companies for our transport needs, but Trans-ON Express is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Don't approach would be a complete waste of your time, working with Simon Khaouli the owner relative was a complete nightmare, have no since on how to treat your customers, don't care what the circumstances are threatening a customer is not a good way to conduct business.
