Text and video message your coach to share results, have your movements evaluated, and celebrate all of those victories. I have been with Laura and Joel for the past year and 2 months. I LOVE working with them. They are extremely passionate about health and fitness and are compassionate towards their clients. They are constantly helping you in achieving your goals/setting goals, giving advice, tricks, tips and movements to practice to help you master your skills for improvement. They are extremely flexible with their time for booking personal training. I am a shift worker, and Laura and I always connect on a weekly bases to find a time that works. They customize my workouts based on the equipment I have at my house
