Brought my 16 year old daughter in after getting her a pride tattoo for her birthday. My poor girl was so excited for her first tattoo and the end result was disheartening to say the least, I'll never forget the look of disappointment on her face when she looked at it in the mirror. It was a pretty simple tattoo just a rainbow flag but the line work was all over the place and the colour was over lapping, my daughter was crushed! Thank God for the wonderful staff at tattoo time machine they were able to completely remove the tattoo with no scarring, we're going to have to try again with her tattoo

I dont want to harp on this company, I did not go here, but I had inquired, and the people running this place seem pretty amateurish. The girl seemed more interested playing on her phone. I ended up going to a Dermatologist down the street who had answers to my questions, and well hes a Dr. Still in the process of getting a large tattoo removed.
**** To respond to the Owners response below - I absolutley can leave a star rating as the first impression I got lead me to leave the place. I seen 2 people in there, and not 1 of them spoke to me?

As a working professional I have a very busy schedule and taking care of myself can be hard I've had a couple tattoos that I've been hiding for a long time. I made my original appointment months ago and had to reschedule and push it off for so long, the wonderful staff at tattoo time machine were so professional on the phone and so understanding with my busy life. It feels so good to be making headway getting these embarrassing tattoos removed going into 2020.

I had a tattoo of a teardrop and a gang tattoo when I got out of prison, I wanted to change my life but I was having a hard time getting hired with tattoos on my face. I told the owner about my situation and he removed my tattoos and let me make payments once i got a job. The young family that owns tattoo time machine are amazing ppl and they did a great job, I highly recommend this business for anyone looking to get a tattoo removed.
