Simply put, our mission is devoted to you--enhancing your features and helping you achieve the look you desire. Keri Hamilton moved to Canada from Seattle WA in 2012. Shortly after arriving in Winnipeg Manitoba, Advanced Permanent Cosmetics was established. In 2016 she decided to re-brand her business to Cosmedic Ink to specialize in Cosmetic and Medical Tattooing.
Keri has practiced the art of Micro Pigmentation (Permanent Makeup Tattooing) since 2005. She was also involved as part of an amazing team of plastic surgeons and nurses in a project that helps breast cancer survivors regain their confidence and self esteem through breast reconstruction surgery. My contribution has involved tattooing a three dimensional image of the areola and nipple on the breast.
