I thought medical staff would be the most stringent about mask wearing, but that's not the case here. Both receptionists had their masks under their chin, and one even came out from behind the counter to come and talk to me even closer. Thanks for the extra chance to catch covid, that's exactly what I need.
Also don't bother with their online booking system, you need to call to confirm appointments booked that way.
+1 star for the doc though, he's nice.

I could not get in to see my family doctor for follow up in a timely manner so I came to this walk-in-clinic following advice from my pharmacist as I was thought to be experiencing a severe negative reaction to a new medication I had recently started taking, including a sudden loss of vision and dangerously high blood pressure. I rarely drink alcohol, hadn’t had an alcoholic beverage for weeks prior to this and I do not do any illegal (or legal) drugs. Very unprofessional staff and doctor. Dr effunugga is extremely impatient and rude. He also thinks that googling your symptoms in front of you is a professional take on diagnosing and treating.

I totally have no idea what any of these negative reviews regarding the staff or doctors are about. 😏 I was hesitant because of them, but when my usual walk-in clinic couldn't get me in I went to see Dr Efunnuga and he was amazing. Completely understanding, listened to my issues, and his bed side manner is the reason I even cared enough to write a review! ☺️ The receptionists, 3 of them, were completely kind and squeezed me in to accommodate my schedule. Would definitely go back

I was treated very well by the staff and as a walk in. It was such a relief to me to be able to walk in and see a doctor. I developed a UTI and couldn't get in for treatment anywhere else. I saw the nurse practioner on her first day and she was helpful and very thorough. Thank you for being part of the health community in Fort Saskatchewan

I have been to this medical clinic for a very long time and I was shocked when I called to make an appointment to find out they they close at 6pm. I live from paycheck to paycheck and can't afford to take time off to go in for a simple prescription refill because they do not do refills over the phone. I'm at work from 6:30am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday and now this place closes at 6pm. So really nobody caters to the working population anymore.
Time to look for a new doctor's office that does cater to the working population.

Awesome familey Docters office always took me in with little to no time. Love that they are open late. So I don't usally have to book time off.

I have had insomnia for years and was on Zopiclone from another doctor in town with horrible side effects. Dr. E worked with me to find a med that worked for me with zero side effects and not addictive. I find him to be extremely caring and would follow him to the city should he decide to move.

Honestly the service wasn’t bad at all, but my god a small thing just turned into a nightmare. Had to get 4 stitches on my hand after an accidental cut. I was seen in a timely manner, stitched up and sent on my way. I was happy so far.
A week later, I came to get my stitches removed. I was assured by the doctor that it has completely closed and healed, but the next day I wake up and my wound is completely open again. I don’t know whether I’ve been lied to so I’d leave or if the doctor just didn’t inspect what he should’ve properly. Really a shame. Won’t be coming back here because

The Doctor I saw was very kind, and listened to my concerns. He was very thorough and deserves 5 stars, along with the young blonde receptionist... she was very friendly and kind as well.
This poor review is for the one receptionist, who was very unwelcoming, condescending, and single handedly, made what would have been a great experience, awful.
