If I could give them more than five stars, I would. Lukas and Gusto came through for us big time. We moved from Squamish to North Vancouver. Because of the pandemic, in house estimates were not allowed. Within one hour of arriving (early) they realized they needed more manpower and the extra fellas showed up quickly. The packing was like a puzzle, and they got it all packed safely. Our planned unpacked hit so many barriers and Gusto worked with us and their other clients to make sure we received all of our belongings as soon as possible. Great staff, very polite and respectful. This is the second time we have used Gusto. I have used other local movers and you cannot compare them. Gusto is fast and efficient, the guys are friendly and considerate. We moved from the mainland to the island and their service was to my expectations and beyond. 10/10 this is the only moving company I would ever use. Thank you Lukas, Alex and Jason, so much.

Very disappointed in the attitude of one of the crews doing a move out today. They apparently have little to no training in customer service after their responses to 3 residents this morning when we inquired as to why both elevators were blocked off for their move. Only one elevator is ever used for move ins and outs and Gusto Movers is very well aware of this as they have moved several people in and out of the complex. When we asked why the two elevators were blocked off we were told by one of the movers "how should he know he's a mover not an elevator repair guy" and that we
