Was referred to Ferguson Moving & Storage by a family member whom had their move handled by Ferguson a few years ago, and came highly recommended. The move manager, Juville, was friendly, timely, and professional. She was always available and quick to answer any questions we had. The prep was great as well, showing up one day prior to disassemble and wrap furniture, and help us with some final packing. The moving team was right on time, and the team of 6 handled our move with a very high level of professionalism. They were friendly, and very polite. I would highly recommend using Ferguson!

We recently moved from the lower mainland to Vancouver Island. We first dealt with Quinn, their sales representative. During the initial site visit he was very thorough and provided us with an all inclusive, detailed fixed price quote which was easy to understand. At our request our furniture was stored in their warehouse for two months prior to delivery to our new home. If we needed information Quinn was readily available to answer our questions. At the time of pickup and delivery Mohammed and his team carefully wrapped and unwrapped our belongings without damaging a thing. It was a challenging

Ferguson were professional and responsive from start to finish. My move manager Quinn was terrific, if he was not available to answer my call he got back to me very quickly, answered my questions and made things happen.
The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Ferguson’s storage option is safe and secure and when I needed to access my pod staff were waiting for me with my pods moved to the floor ready to help.

This move was a very positive experience all the way through from booking to completion. Customer service was wonderful, quick to respond to enquiries leading up to the move, very friendly and understanding. Moved my mother from a 4 bedroom house in Vernon to a suite in Delta. Quoted price was on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted, but the positive reviews I found for this company helped me decide to go with them as I wanted a reliable, stress free experience. No regrets, the movers were on time, efficient, professional and friendly. Absolutely everything was wrapped in blankets

Great company to work with. Fast easy and efficient. I stored furniture with them for a few months as well and it was so simple. Ferguson Moving made the move that I had to deal with so easy. They packed things away in a very protective manner and damaged nothing at all in the process. They were timely arriving when they said they would. The quote they gave was spot on and we never received any charges unaccounted for.

Excellent professional move. Elijah and Gary did a first-rate job of assessing what needed to be moved from our house to our new location in a nearby condo. They wrapped dishes, paintings, pictures, and mirrors, and then boxed them. They wrapped every piece of furniture and prepared for the move.
The move took place in record time, and even faster when their colleague Max showed up part way into the unloading process. Everything ended up where it was intended with furniture unwrapped and placed in rooms.

We’ve had a very negative experience with Ferguson moving. They’re extremely unresponsive, and send a ridiculously rude response to our feedback. The movers were over 40 minutes late the day of our move, and one mover didn’t wear a mask indoors despite a mask mandate at the time and signs everywhere in the building saying masks were mandatory. When… we highlighted these things, Franchise Support said we must have “differing points of view on what was reasonable.” I don’t see how points of view can differ when there is clear signage about a non-negotiable

Thank you so much for helping us move. All of them were very professional, friendly and efficiently wrapped and moved all my furniture and other items in a timely fashion. They were also punctual and communicated well. Ferguson also has a great deal with Frogbox which we took advantage of. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

They recently moved us from Coquitlam to Maple Ridge. it was a big move we had been in the house for 37 years. The price was competitive but the service was 5 star. Arrived on time, ready to work. They took care with our prized possessions and carefully wrapped anything slightly fragile. Nice clean trucks, modern equipment. The unload was smooth. No damage. They treated our stuff like it was their own.
