They are horrible. Susan IS GREEDY and collects free money by suing people unnecessary. They begged me to buy their property, however after seeing their rudeness and unprofessional behavior and quality I realized that they are local people who thinks they have permission to treat anyone bad. Everyone in the community told me they are bad and she try to cheat people all the time. And that came true, She really tried to show me math which she is not good at and I opposed and walked out from her. NEVER EVER GO TO LIOVAS HOME. THEY USE CHEAP MATERIALS AND THEY TREAT CUSTOMER BAD. CURRENTLY SHE IS LOOKING
