Professional – Compassionate – Helpful – Knowledgeable – Insightful
Having never dealt with the “business” side of losing a loved one, I had no idea what was first and what was last, what was up and what was down.
I have heard horror stories about everything you need to do when a family member passes.....the paperwork, the notifications, the logistics, my head was spinning. Then a family member recommended I call KVM and talk to Kevin.
Boy was I grateful for their suggestion and for Kevin. He and his team threw on their capes and went to work. Everything happened seamlessly and quickly

Although devastated, I'm able to be grateful that Kettle Valley Memorial was recommended to me when my Dad passed away suddenly. I cannot thank Erin enough for everything, she made an extremely difficult time and process as easy as possible even with unusual circumstances that kept arising. Erin is truly kind, compassionate, and professional, as well as honest and straightforward about everything involved. I highly recommend KVM to anyone needing funeral services. Thank you again, Erin.
