We simply cannot say how happy we are with our new fireplace. Noel and the team at Maxwell were great to work with, and we would recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality and value. We had been looking for a simple replacement of a “builder’s special” - but the result was far beyond expectations, and a favourite spot for morning coffee, comfy evenings, and waiting for Santa. Fireplaces can be a tricky business, but Maxwell's provides exceptional service from beginning to end! They don't simply sell fireplaces, they sell you a fireplace that suits your needs, budget and room size. Darren is very attentive to the customer, a good communicator and gets you the answers you need lickety-split. They have a number of contractors that have been working with them for decades, and the results are great. As a designer, I need to trust my suppliers to ensure happy Clients so I will continue to give Maxwell's my business.

So happy we popped into the show room a couple of months ago and connected with Meredith. She was extremely helpful with choosing the two fireplaces we ended up purchasing this past month and was also quick to send additional info and quotes as well as set up a visit to our home and assess our needs. We've purchased two fireplaces from Maxwell and we couldn't be happier. There are a lot of fireplace stores to choose from and having been to two others, I can say with complete confidence that you won't beat Maxwell. Dropped in tonight to get some more info on a fireplace we are considering, had already visited several other Fireplace/heating dealers. After hearing we were located quite a ways out in the Fraser Valley, they referred us to a Valor (F.place) dealer close to our home. Despite this they still spent another 20 minutes with us. Very impressed, knowledgeable, professional, happy to recommend. *They have a very nice showroom with many displays.
