We have nothing but positive things to say about Urban Fireplaces. Dealing with Johnny in sales was a breeze. The installers, Dan and his brother (Zach) were super professional and did an outstanding job.
And we LOVE the actual fireplace although the dog loves it the most. We cut the use of our central gas furnace significantly. We basically only used the furnace in the winter to warm up in the morning and then the fireplace took over until bed. Our only regret is not doing this earlier!

Dale and his team are true professionals and they provide customer service at the highest level. They have helped me several times over the past few years and I have referred several friends to this business. The feedback from my friends has been totally positive. It's hard to find people that you can really trust these days, but, these folks are the "cream of the crop".

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. The very small complaint I had was when we opened the box, it was the wrong model. And we had contractor with tools ready to go but had to ask him to come back due to the exchange time.
*Update: we just installed the fireplace today (after one week of picking up). And realized that there were couple scratches or missing paint on the inside of the glass. I think it’s manufacture defect but would have expected it to be perfect when it’s fresh out of the box.
