Scammers who first started offering a $20 gas card than it was $25 dollars in the summer and then magically enhanced it to a $500 credit card gift card. Claiming they would send someone over with it within the hour. These bags of human trash will not take NO for an answer you can say no to them 20 times and they will keep calling you. The gift card scam is to get their commission pay only sales reps in your door which is slimy to the 100th degree and now i have done some digging on this Scammer company I see that they have outlets not just in Ontario but in my province as well. I am so disappointed....I purchased this system and was promised that they would remove the system and install in the new house. One year later we moved and no one took care of this. I had to hire a plumber to remove the system. Once I hired another plummer to attach the system to my new home, system did not work. Now I am stuck paying over 7K with a unit that does not work. I live 5 hours away from my original home so no one knows how to work with this system. No service after the sell, extremely disappointed.

If there was a rating of less than 1 I would have given it. You talked my senior sister into a system that she didn't need, is very overpriced and the service nonexistent. The first installed tank had to be moved because it was so awkwardly situated you could hardly put salt into it. There is so much product (liquid detergent, bar soap, dishwasher detergent, bath gel and on and on ) that is included with the purchase and not required that it would be too much for one person to use in a lifetime and there was no choice about this. Best thing We ever did was getting the Eagle Water Treatment System. We have found our showers feel better with having soft water. We drink a lot of water, and had to purchase it for our water cooler. Since we had them install the filtration system we just fill our own bottles at home. We have probably saves half the cost of the filtration system by not buying bottled water.

I have had numerous problems with my system but today the owner came to my home with the installation technician and is thus far showing serious commitment towards resolving any of my problems. That commitment speaks volumes and I appreciate that. It appears there has been a change in my well water which has affected the systems capability. I think this is might be useful information for anyone who is on a well so thought I would pass that tip on.

I have spent hours and hours on line reviewing and looking at different companies and I finally decided to go with Eagle. I can honestly say it was a good decision. Their equipment is hands down the best in the industry and I get a full lifetime warranty. I had requested testimonials of other customers and they directed me to their website. I can't say enough about my Eagle Water System. My water is so much better now that I have purchased this system. I must say that these guys do a great job. The sales person was great and the installation team came the very next day. There was no mess during the installation and they were in and out very quickly. You did a fabulous job explaining the Eagle Water Treatment System at our home. You came at our convenience and stayed as long as we needed. That was very much appreciated. Also, the follow up calls and visits are a comforting idea.
Our water is excellent and the Reverse Osmosis System works perfectly. Water tastes so much better now to drink. Dishes and laundry come out spotless. No spots on the car after washing and my glasses come out crystal clear from the dishwasher.
